7 Capri Lane is a large 3 bedroom, 4 bath home with separate small bonus bedroom and bath. It is located in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, approximately one mile from Coligny Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants. It is also close to golf courses, tennis courts, tours and many other activities.

The first level of the house, consist of covered parking area, grilling area and the small bonus bedroom with its own entrance and has a twin trundle bed and small bathroom with shower. The second level consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom with king bed and its own full bath with shower/tub combo. The third level consists of a den with pull-out sofa, the second bedroom with queen bed and its own full bath with shower/tub combo and the third bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bath with shower/tub combo.

The living room, den, and all bedrooms have a TV. There is a DVD player and VCR player in the house. Balconies can be accessed by all bedrooms, the living room and the dining room. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils needed. The pool area has plenty of seating and gets sun exposure the majority of the day (the pool cannot be heated). Bed and bath linens are provided along with a starter supply of soaps and tissues.
